At NSS, we hosted a powerful conversation, “PRO Professions” — honest, real, and truly important. Not about “perfect success,” but about choices, doubts, mistakes, money, dreams, and finding your own path.

On stage were parents, students, speakers, debates, and real questions — the kind that aren’t always easy to answer.

But these are exactly the conversations that help us understand ourselves better, hear each other, and look more confidently toward the future.

NSS is a school that prepares students for a successful life!

Who should you become: someone with a “stable” profession or someone willing to take risks?
Money or meaning?
Higher education or hands-on experience?
And what if your first job has nothing to do with your degree?

At the NSS School Career Forum, we weren’t looking for “right” answers. We were looking for honest ones. Parents shared their personal stories — about mistakes, first earnings, the fear of changing careers, and moments when they wanted to give up.

And the most intense part? The DEBATES. Students and parents discussed whether higher education is necessary for success, what matters more — stability or entrepreneurship, and how much money is actually “enough.”

And it seems the main takeaway of the evening was simple: there is no single right path. There is only yours.
